TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu asks cadres to get ready for elections | Visakhapatnam News – Times of India


VISAKHAPATNAM: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday gave a call to the party cadres of north Andhra Pradesh districts to be ready for the elections.
He asked the party cadres to be prepared for elections whenever they take place.
The TDP would take the responsibility to protect the state.
He said that CM Jagan Mohan Reddy should know that power is not permanent.
Naidu accused Jagan of destroying not only north Andhra but also the entire state.
He even imposed a tax on garbage and hiked power charges creating problems for the public.
Naidu has come on a three-day tour in Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts.
Addressing the people at the Ponduru road show, Naidu alleged that not a single industry has come up in the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) rule and not a single project was completed.
He accused the YSRCP of clamping false cases against TDP leaders and cadres.
He showed examples of Kinjarapu Acchennaidu and Ravi Kumar.
He asked the people to join him in giving slogans of “Jaabu Raavalantee Babu Raavaali (means if you need jobs Chandra Babu should come into power) and “Raitula Atamahatyalu aagalantee Babu Adhikaramloki Raavaali (means to stop farmers’ suicides, Babu should come into power).
The former CM started his road show from Chilakapalem, Rapaka junction via Ponduru and Pogiri in Rajam mandal.
He would make a night halt in Rajam.
Earlier, Naidu got a grand welcome at the Visakhapatnam airport with scores of party cadres from Visakhapatnam and Anakapalli cities in attendance.
