HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad City police registered a case against around nine youngsters for breaking lockdown rules and participating in birthday celebrations on the Afzal Sagar main road under Habeeb Nagar police station limits.

Habeeb Nagar Inspector M Narinder said that the birthday celebration happened late at night on Wednesday. The accused, including birthday boys Arjun and Sairam, have been arrested for questioning. The Police have also registered charges under the Arms Act against the accused under the disaster management act.
