The Attorney general Appearing for the center has informed that the Supreme court will take decision and let us know on the decision of CBSE class 12 board exams in two days, It came to know today after the hearing of CBSE Supreme Court.
New Delhi: The Supreme Court has adjourned for CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 and ICSE Board exam case in Supreme Court.
The bench considered the petition seeking a directive to cancel Class 12 Board exams amid the COVID-19 pandemic. “Give us time till Thursday and the Government will come with a final decision.”
It also said, “You are free to make whatever decision. But there is hope expressed by the petitioner that policy adopted last year can be adopted this year too.” The Government has been giving Tangible reasons since last year for the same.
Advocate Mamata Sharma filed the plea to cancel the CBSE board exam 2021
Mamata Sharma ,from Supreme Court had filed the plea were asked for directions to the Centre, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) to cancel the 12th board exam 2021 and ICSE Class 12 exams in the view of deadly coronavirus infection.
Advocate Mamata Sharma had also plead that the examinations of CBSE must be canceled for the safety of the Students.

The Centre is expected to announce its final decision on CBSE Class 12 board exams tomorrow, June 1, But After a high-level meeting held on May 23, the state government had submitted their decision on exams by May 25.
Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ had said that the Centre will take a decision soon and announce it at the earliest keeping students’ safety in mind.
We can hope for the best from the State Government and the Supreme Court for the sake of their safety and security from the cause of Covid-19 cases, the deadly disease.
